Lance Bryant-Grigg
Founder & CEO
Lance Bryant-Grigg is the Founder and CEO of Thrive Creative and a senior technology leader with nearly two decades of experience building, scaling, and operating complex software systems.
At Thrive, Lance sets technology strategy and architecture, and works alongside clients and the engineering team to turn business problems into software that creates measurable value. His depth across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and database systems lets him move from high-level decisions through to hands-on implementation.
Before founding Thrive, he held senior engineering roles at Neo Financial, working on large-scale applications, cloud infrastructure, and financial technology built for demanding production environments. Earlier in his career he was a founding engineering member at Passportal, which he helped scale through to its acquisition by SolarWinds.
He founded Thrive around a simple idea: businesses should be able to access the depth of a complete software department without spending years assembling one. His approach combines the perspective of a founder with the hands-on experience of an engineer, keeping Thrive focused on practical outcomes rather than technology for technology’s sake.
Kevin Barton
Co-Founder & COO
Kevin Barton is the Co-Founder and COO of Thrive Creative and a product and technology leader with more than a decade of experience turning customer needs and business objectives into software products that deliver real value.
As COO, Kevin brings structure to the way Thrive turns business problems into technology. He works closely with clients and the delivery team to make sure the right problems are being solved, priorities stay connected to business outcomes, and projects keep moving from idea through execution.
Before co-founding Thrive, Kevin spent nearly a decade across Passportal, SolarWinds, and N-able, beginning in software quality assurance and moving deeper into product management. He went on to hold Director-level product leadership roles spanning product vision, strategy, partner relationships, and product operations.
That breadth gives him a view across the whole software lifecycle, from what customers actually need through how requirements get defined, developed, and validated. His focus at Thrive is making sure clients are not simply getting software built, but getting the right software.

Rahul Kamboj
Principal Software Engineer
Rahul Kamboj is a Principal Software Engineer and technical leader with more than a decade of experience building, scaling, and modernizing complex software systems.
At Thrive Creative, Rahul works across application architecture, infrastructure, backend systems, cloud environments, database design, and software delivery. His depth across the engineering stack allows him to move from high-level technical strategy and architecture decisions through to hands-on implementation, helping clients solve difficult technical problems without losing sight of the business outcome.
Before joining Thrive, Rahul held senior engineering roles at Neo Financial and TERN Group, where he worked on complex applications, infrastructure, and scalable software systems. His broader experience spans fintech, high-growth digital products, cloud infrastructure, and distributed software architecture.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
At Thrive, Rahul helps ensure clients have access to the kind of senior engineering judgment that is often difficult to hire internally, while staying focused on what matters most: building software that solves the business problem, performs reliably, and can continue to evolve.
